What You’ll Do:

• Becoming a specialist in your assigned technology area within the IT market.
• Proactively building client relationships through a mix of warm and cold outreach.
• Managing the full client lifecycle - from identifying leads and booking meetings to negotiating terms and closing deals.
• Gaining face-to-face client interaction and making an impact in a thriving industry.
• Growing your expertise with structured training and mentorship designed to help you thrive.

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year in sales (B2B, B2C, SDR, or BDR roles).
• Confidence in phone-based interactions and working with targets or KPIs.
• A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a desire for career growth.

• Year 1 Total Compensation typically: €39-42k+ | Year 2: €56k+
