Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients and opening doors within the market.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide strategic solutions tailored to their business objectives.
  • Account Activation & Management: Drive client acquisition and oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Industry & Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to enhance sales strategies.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and revenue generation.
  • Networking & Relationship Building: Leverage existing networks and cultivate new connections to expand SAMY Iberia's footprint in Italy.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, sales targets, and market feedback to optimize business strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within digital marketing, advertising agencies, or SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record in new business acquisition and growth strategies.
  • Strong consultative selling skills – ability to articulate value propositions and close deals.
  • Experience in media agencies and/or digital-oriented businesses.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and SaaS landscapes.
  • Ability to work independently, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken).
