New Product Introduction Project Manager

Your key responsibilities

  • Take part in the Quotation Management weekly meetings and arrange regular meetings to provide data (regarding new products and projects) to process costs and prices meeting RFQ deadlines.
  • Issue the project’s changes and evaluate, together with the relevant functions, the impacts on products, procedures, and documentation.
  • Arrange kick-off and regular meetings with Customer and team during the project.
  • Prepare TPP/DPP (Transfer Project Plan/Development Project Plan), identifying issues and deliverables.
  • Daily management and tracking of project activity through the WBS (project activity list).
  • Guide risk analysis sessions ensuring that all the risks associated with the project are tracked into the Risk Management Plan (RMP).
  • Issuing and managing project management tools, assuring their correct use from the project team members.
  • Project KPIs tracking and update of the weekly and monthly reports to share with the leadership and management team on a regular basis.

Your profile

  • MSc in scientific subjects, engineering or similar (chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, biotechnology or similar).
  • At least 4 years of experience within a GMP manufacturing facility, good knowledge of technical aspects of the pharmaceutical industry and CMO manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with sterile manufacturing is preferred.
  • Experience in Project Management as leader of cross-functional teams and target-oriented.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 or similar certifications are considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of “ICH Q8 Pharmaceutical Development”.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Financial KPI.
  • Proficient in English and Italian (speaking, reading, writing).
