ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a new resource to provide support in the Quality Platform Projects team.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Work closely with Engineering throughout the development of the new product.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of all technical contents.
- Verify and support the proper execution of FMEAs and integration in DVPs.
- Collaborate closely with Product Validation during all test phases.
- Thoroughly understand issues, contribute to problem solving, and ensure effective resolution.
- Monitor the correct implementation of solutions and their alignment with project milestones.
- Assess the robustness and reliability of technical solutions contents.
- Maintain awareness of past projects, lessons learned, known risks, and previously identified issues in alignment with Current Quality Team.
- During industrialization and launch, train and align the Current Quality Team, transfer knowledge of the new vehicle, and support network management activities.
- Manage daily issues in the DIM system, ensuring completeness of each phase and adherence to timelines.
- Lead weekly follow-up meetings.
- Additionally, where required: Ensure strong knowledge of electric vehicles and their operating logic.
- Collaborate with Launch Mgmt and Plant Quality Team During Vehicle Launch and Industrialization Phase.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to analyze in deep data and to identify connections and consequently develop action plans to find solutions and solve the issues.
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, self-reliance, and teamwork orientation also in intercultural teams
- Passion and entrepreneurial vision of work, feeling fully responsible of the competence area, proactively doing all needed to reach the best in short time
- Ability to deal positively with stress and emergencies
Requirements:
- Successful completed University degree in vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
- At least 3 years of working experience, ideally on Engineering or Validation
- Knowledge in components for heavy trucks and general commercial vehicle technologies
- Advanced software skills: MS-Office, BI, ASIST, SAP
- English fluent written and spoken, knowledge of Italian / Spanish language would be an additional advantage
- Knowledge of technical documentation (design, layout, drawing) and manufacturing techniques and materials
- Ability to travel 30%-40%
