NVH Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking to expand our team in Agriculture & Industrial Vehicles, seeking a Mechanical Engineer (or related field) with expertise in Noise & Vibration Harshness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Vehicle Engineering or related field.
• Experience of at least one year working on Noise & Vibration Harshness of vehicles.
• Excellent English language skills (speaking & writing).
• Strong teamwork orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High problem‑solving ability.

Employment Details

Location : Modena, Italy.

Contract : Full‑time, either fixed‑term or indefinite under the Metalworkers public employment agreement.

Work model is flexible, with provisions for home‑office sharing where applicable.

Compensation & Benefits

• Indicative gross annual total compensation: €30,000 – €35,000, adjusted based on skills, experience and assessment.
• Potential deviations from the range for exceptionally distinctive skill sets, subject to internal approval.
• Meal vouchers for each full work day.
• Health insurance and welfare benefits as per national agreement.
