Experteer Overview

In this role you support maintenance operations by coordinating customer requests, capacity, and ground time with production units, ensuring orderly invoicing and archival of work documents. You will provide technical and process information for planning, prepare and monitor maintenance events, and secure accurate handovers between shifts. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to enable efficient AOG support and base maintenance activities at Malpensa. This is an opportunity to contribute to Lufthansa Technik Milan’s 24/7 maintenance and logistics services with a focus on reliability and cost awareness.

• Evaluate customer requests and coordinate capacity/ground time with production units and customers
• Handle and control supplier invoices and customer events
• Provide technical/process information for production planning and control
• Prepare, monitor and follow-up customer maintenance events
• Ensure Part-145 archiving of work documents after maintenance
• Collect data on man-hours, materials and tooling for invoicing
• Record maintenance expenditures and support financial reconciliation
• Ensure accurate shift handovers and collaborate with the Maintenance Shift Leader
