Experteer Overview: As an OEM Sales Engineer in NE Italy, you drive profitable growth by understanding the OEM value stream and applying Victaulic’s sales strategy. You will develop yearly plans, manage accounts, and coordinate with regional teams to maximize market share and profitability. You’ll lead full account development, stay ahead of market trends, and promote the complete Victaulic product range. This role blends technical insight with strategic sales in an international setting, offering meaningful impact in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities

Develop and implement a yearly business plan aligned with team strategy to meet market, product, and profitability targets using Salesforce as the central platform. Establish project and account priorities by mapping major owners and key players in each segment. Coordinate with line sales and regional management to maximize results through a collaborative approach. Target a defined number of accounts with progress tracked via the specification development program. Drive complete account development by promoting and selling the full range of Victaulic products. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on strategic OEM sales planning within the territory. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, pricing developments, and new product introductions. Qualifications

Communication skills in Italian and English (written and verbal). Mechanical Engineering degree preferred or equivalent technical expertise. Familiarity with the piping business or ability to acquire necessary technical knowledge quickly. Strong commercial mindset, results-driven, resilient, and customer-oriented. Affinity with the OEM sector. Willingness to travel within Italy, with possible international travel. Active professional presence on relevant industry networks and associations.
