Our client is a fast-growing EPC contractor and developer operating in the solar PV and renewable energy sector, delivering large-scale projects across development, engineering, procurement, and construction.

With a strong pipeline of utility-scale solar projects across Italy and Europe, the business is playing a key role in the energy transition, combining technical excellence with a highly execution-driven model.

What will you be doing:

  • Prepare technical and commercial offers for solar PV and renewable energy EPC projects
  • Analyse tender documentation, technical specifications, and client requirements
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management, and commercial teams to develop accurate proposals
  • Support cost estimation activities including equipment, materials, subcontractors, and construction services
  • Prepare technical documentation, bid packages, and proposal presentations
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and technical inputs
  • Support risk assessment and value engineering activities during the tendering phase
  • Ensure proposals are delivered on time and aligned with internal quality standards
  • Participate in client meetings, clarifications, and bid negotiations when required
  • Maintain proposal databases, cost benchmarks, and supporting documentation

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • Previous experience as an Offering Engineer, Proposal Engineer, Tender Engineer, or similar role within EPC, construction, or renewable energy projects
  • Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals for solar PV or infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of EPC project execution, cost estimation, and tendering processes
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contractual documentation
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with estimation or project management tools
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English
