Office Manager & Team Assistant – International Design Hub

Milan (Duomo area)

1-year contract via Randstad Italia, with real potential for extension


The Role

We’re hiring an experienced Office Manager & Team Assistant for a leading international design and innovation center in central Milan. You’ll manage daily office operations and support a multicultural team with logistics, travel, events, and onboarding — all in a creative, fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth office operations: supplies, vendors, hospitality, front-desk
  • Coordinate internal meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Support new hires with tools and onboarding
  • Handle small purchases, NDAs, and supplier documentation
  • Help team members with internal systems and basic troubleshooting


Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in office management or team support , ideally in international/creative settings
  • Fluent in Italian and English Chinese is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Confident managing suppliers and outsourced services
  • Proactive, people-oriented, and adaptable
