Office Manager & Team Assistant – International Design Hub

1-year contract via Randstad Italia, with real potential for extension
The Role
We’re hiring an experienced Office Manager & Team Assistant for a leading international design and innovation center in central Milan. You’ll manage daily office operations and support a multicultural team with logistics, travel, events, and onboarding — all in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth office operations: supplies, vendors, hospitality, front-desk
- Coordinate internal meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Support new hires with tools and onboarding
- Handle small purchases, NDAs, and supplier documentation
- Help team members with internal systems and basic troubleshooting
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in office management or team support , ideally in international/creative settings
- Fluent in Italian and English – Chinese is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Confident managing suppliers and outsourced services
- Proactive, people-oriented, and adaptable
