RPN provides pharmaceutical and life science companies with the strategic, in-market, and executional expertise needed to deliver successful Regulatory Affairs and Market Access outcomes throughout the entire product life cycle and across international markets.
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented person who will be involved in daily office operations while contributing to the coordination and management of internal processes and documentation .
Main responsibilities:
- Manage front desk activities and internal/external communication flows.
- Support the daily organization of the office, including suppliers, orders, and materials.
- Prepare meeting rooms, welcome guests, and coordinate internal logistics.
- Update and maintain company documentation in line with internal procedures.
- Collect data, compile records, and prepare informational reports.
- Carry out formal checks on documents and support their proper distribution across teams.
- Contribute to the definition and updating of internal procedures and operational workflows.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Precision and a structured, methodical approach to work.
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken), essential for frequent contacts with international companies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital tools (e.g. Share Point).
