JOB TITLE: Offshore Methods Engineer - Fano

Purpose of the position: As a Junior Offshore Methods Engineer, you will join the Installation Engineering Department within the Asset Based Services business line, supporting subsea installation engineering activities for offshore projects.
Responsibilities
- The engineer will be part of the Subsea Installation Engineering team, developing procedures and applying installation methods and techniques to deploy subsea components and subcomponents of a hydrocarbons field development, covering both deep and shallow water applications.
- Activities include the use of specialized construction vessels and equipment for the installation of subsea components such as manifolds, jumpers, flexible flowlines, rigid pipelines, risers, power and control system links (fiber optics, flying leads, umbilicals), jackets, decks, etc.
- The engineer supports technical proposals and may be involved in the execution phase of EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation) or T&I (Transport and Installation) projects, collaborating with other subsea method engineers and draftsmen, and reporting to a Lead Methods Engineer.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Years of Experience: 0–2 years.
- Languages: Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Technical Knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project (plus), AutoCAD.
