Camper is seeking a Store Manager for our Bologna store to lead the team and deliver the brand’s premium omnichannel experience. You will drive sales, service and operational excellence while embodying Camper values: REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL and CARING.
You will manage store operations, recruit and coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer service across in-store and online channels. Fluent in Italian and English is required, with EU work eligibility.
