OMS Manhattan Consultant

We are currently supporting a global client undergoing major OMS and ERP transformation projects across their retail and supply chain landscape. They are looking for an experienced Manhattan OMS Consultant to join their team on a long-term contract basis, or contractor-to-hire basis in Milan, Italy.

Role Overview:

The successful consultant will support the integration of Manhattan OMS with SAP ERP, while contributing to ongoing end-to-end evolution projects and the rollout of new system features.

This is a key position within the client’s internal transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end enhancement and evolution projects
• Assist with implementation of new OMS features and functionalities
• Collaborate with internal business and technical stakeholders
• Provide expertise across OMS processes, workflows, and integrations
• Support ongoing optimisation and system improvements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan OMS
• Proven experience integrating Manhattan OMS with third party systems
• Experience delivering end-to-end implementation or enhancement projects
• Strong understanding of retail, supply chain, or order management processes
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently within a fast-paced project environment
