Sharp Brains is seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician Level 1 for an onsite freelance role in Florence, Italy. You will handle end‑to‑end desktop support, IMAC activities, OS imaging, and hardware replacements while following ITIL practices. Experience with SCCM/Intune and ServiceNow is beneficial.
English and Italian language skills are required. Flexibility to be onsite on demand, with on‑site VIP support during escalations, and documentation of incidents and hardware inventory.
