Key Job Responsibilities

• An OE Process Engineer (Software Development) may be the primary point of contact for both internal customers (for example: Network Engineers, Systems Engineers, Software Developers, Database Engineers, Technical Operations) and external customers (Hardware Vendors, Contractors, Service Providers among others).
• You will be working with various stakeholders to identify waste and working with teams to reduce/eliminate these wastes through standardization, innovation and simplification. Developing software applications would be one of the key tools used to advance operational excellence within the teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations.
• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
