Job Description
We are looking for an Operation Excellence Specialist to join the Engineering Business Unit of Stevanato Group in Piombino Dese (PD).
The main goal of the role is to ensure the planned progress in the implementation of the World Class Manufacturing methodology within the assigned scope.
The successful candidate will work on assigned projects and play a pivotal role in the achievement of operational and financial results, acting as a change agent, managing the costs, timescales, resources, budget, requirements and deadlines of the projects.
He or she will be responsible of all the project management phases: project planning and definition, execution and monitoring and project closing.
Qualifications
Requirements for application:
- Education: Business or Engineering Degree
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management in a multinational company
- Skills: Program and Project management, Continuous Improvement, World Class Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing, Analysis and Reporting
- Languages: Fluent in English, written and spoken.
