The branch in Milan is specialized in selective perfumery, skincare, and sun care. The company develops and distributes globally different fragrances and products for more than 80 countries, with direct operations in key European markets including Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Portugal. They are a recognized leader in international beauty and fragrance.
The Role
We are looking for a Operations Specialist based in Milan.
The role involves coordinating daily activities, analyzing performance data, identifying process inefficiencies, and supporting the implementation of best practices and systems to optimize productivity, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order issuance and follow-up
- Production of periodic reports using Excel and other data analysis tools
- Calculation and development of operational KPIs
- Analysis and monitoring of operational processes, with the aim of identifying critical issues and opportunities for improvement
- Support in the implementation of new company ERP systems
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree in STEM preferably
- Intermediate technical and IT skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English. Spanish and/or German is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and SAP
· Proactive, motivated, passionated, curios and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
