We are looking for an Operations Lead that will play a key role in ensuring the operational excellence of the Supply & Onboarding management, focusing on process automation, optimizations, and proactively addressing risks, bottlenecks, and disruptions.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee, own and optimize the full acquisition and onboarding journey of new therapists, ensuring targets are met in line with company growth.
- Own the implementation of process automation across acquisition and onboarding areas and drive the adoption of AI tooling.
- Oversee and continuously improve the clinical onboarding process and team organization, ensuring a high‑quality and consistent experience.
- Act as the cross‑team integration lead for new strategic streams of work across the company into the acquisition and onboarding processes.
- Redesign and optimize the therapist offboarding process, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience while gathering scalability and preserving patients’ needs.
Must-Have
- 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Service Operations or Program Management (preferably in high‑volume scale‑ups).
- Proven hands‑on experience with AI‑based process automation.
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable reading and working with data, identifying patterns, and building the case for change with a strong bias toward execution.
- Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑variability operational environments.
- Strong familiarity with operational metrics, SLAs, and structured workflows.
- Proven experience coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with a structured approach to root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English.
Power‑Ups
- Familiarity with accreditation processes, standards, and regulations governing healthcare or professional education programs.
- Previous experience in project management roles or operational roles within the education industry.
