  • Collaborate with the Clinical members and psychologist community to design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with both clinical relevance and market demand.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute courses end-to-end, maintaining an updated activity calendar and overseeing registration, reporting, and secretariat operations.
  • Oversee the full accreditation lifecycle for educational programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and acting as primary liaison with external agencies and vendors.
  • Drive the initiation and execution of new projects to enhance the educational offer for psychologists, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Must-have

  • 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Service Operations, or Program Management, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume scale-up or a prominent consulting firm.
  • Bachelor\'s degree required (Management, Economics, or related field); Master\'s preferred.
  • Analytical and structured problem-solver, with hands-on experience in root-cause analysis and driving process improvements in high-variability environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end, coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing diverse stakeholder relationships, including external partners and clients.
  • High ownership mindset, proactive, accountable, and comfortable operating with autonomy in ambiguous, fast-moving contexts.
