We’re looking for a hands-on Operations & Maintenance Coordinator to support and execute our day-to-day operations in Rome.

This is a field-driven role for someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty , solve problems on the spot, and become the go-to person when something needs fixing, organizing, or improving.

You’ll be at the heart of our operations — ensuring that every apartment is perfectly prepared, fully functional, and meets our hospitality standards at all times.


What this role is really about

This is not a desk job.

You will be constantly moving across properties, handling operational tasks, fixing issues, coordinating suppliers, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You don’t wait , you act.

You don’t escalate every problem, you solve it.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations across multiple properties in Rome
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks , such as:
  • Fixing minor issues (lights, furniture, small repairs)
  • Troubleshooting Wi-Fi or access problems
  • Preparing apartments before guest arrivals
  • Coordinate and oversee external contractors when needed
  • Manage and organize inventory, storage, and operational supplies
  • Assist with procurement and restocking
  • Prepare welcome kits and ensure apartments are fully equipped
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections before and after stays
  • Support housekeeping audits to ensure top standards
  • Track and report inventory usage and operational needs
  • Ensure each guest has a perfect first impression upon arrival
  • Be responsive to last-minute issues , including early mornings, evenings, or weekends

Your Background

  • Experience in hospitality, operations, maintenance, or logistics (2–4 years preferred)
  • Basic DIY / maintenance skills (you don’t need to be an expert, but you’re practical)
  • Experience in fast-paced or seasonal environments is a strong plus
  • Fluent in Italian and English
