勤務地は東京都大田区。Amazon Logistics (AMZL) チームのデリバリーステーション・オペレーションとソートセンターのデュアルオペレーションセンターのマネージャーを募集します。AMZLのゴールはラストマイルにおいて世界水準のオペレーションを構築することです。オペレーションマネージャーは入出荷・ソートオペレーションの責任を負い、デリバリーステーション（DS）のオペレーションを指揮します。DSで働くメンバーのエンゲージメントを高め、日々のオペレーション目標を遂行するとともに、改善や新しいサービスの導入を推進します。

Responsibilities

• ソートおよびディスパッチオペレーションのリードおよび監督
• シフト全体の安全性、品質、パフォーマンス、カスタマーサービス向上
• 組織の方針と手順に従っての監督責任
• オペレーション目標の達成、および、それを上回る成果の実現
• 物量等の予測に基づく戦略的計画立案、パフォーマンス評価、問題解決および人材配置のニーズ対応
• チームメンバーのキャリア向上、指導、トレーニングおよび育成
• Learning and Talent Developmentチームとのパートナーシップによる人材獲得・パフォーマンス・キャリア開発・育成・サクセッションプランの計画と実行
• シフトとネットワーク全体のベストプラクティスの創出・展開

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 3+年の従業員・パフォーマンス管理経験
• 学士号または同等の学位
• 日本語の流暢な読み書き会話能力

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+年のパフォーマンス指標、プロセス改善またはリーン手法の経験
• 高い効果を上げる多様なチームの採用・育成経験
