In this role you will drive operational performance by consolidating cost and investment data, aligning actuals with budgets, and enhancing planning processes. You will act as a PMO for key operations initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership to improve productivity and financial discipline. You’ll analyze operational data to identify trends and shape business cases for new services and investments. This is a hands‑on role in a multinational setting that rewards data‑driven decisions and continuous improvement.

• Prepare and consolidate monthly Operations cost and investment reporting across sites and streams
• Ensure alignment between actuals, budget, and forecasts for consistency and accuracy
• Design, monitor, and improve cost/investment planning, tracking, and control processes
• Support budget and forecast cycles as a central reference for cost consolidation
• Identify and support productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization initiatives
• Analyze operational/financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and propose corrective actions
• Contribute to KPIs, governance models, and financial discipline for operations
• Support feasibility studies and business case development for new services and transformations
• Act as PMO for productivity programs, transformation projects, and new launches
• Structure and maintain the Operations project portfolio with progress, milestones, risks and interdependencies
• Prepare periodic project portfolio reporting and support the Operations Director in the masterplan
• Promote project management best practices and support initiative owners
• Prepare executive reporting for Management and Operations governance meetings
• Act as transversal business partner for Operations to align execution with financial targets
• Provide guidance on cost registration, financial processes, and reporting standards
• Translate operational complexity into actionable leadership insights

Responsabilità

• 4-5 years of experience in the same role or in controlling/accounting in an international company/consultancy
• Experience in logistics and/or consultancy is a plus
• Engineering or Economic degree; Master in Finance or MBA is a plus
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent Project Management (desirable PM certification)
• Effective presentation skills
• Strong analytical and financial mindset in complex operating environments
• Ability to link operational drivers with economic performance
• Structured, disciplined, and proactive approach
• Strong stakeholder management and transversal influence
