Contract: Full-time. 1-year fixed-term via Randstad Italia (renewable)
Randstad Italia SpA is seeking a highly motivated Operations & Project Specialist . This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and is eager to develop a career in project management and quality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight & Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the timely execution and quality of local delivery projects, aligning with customer expectations and internal standards
- Performance Monitoring & Risk Management: Track project performance across the office, identify potential risks or delays, and manage escalation processes for swift resolution
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement standardized delivery procedures, quality control frameworks, and compliance mechanisms to improve operational efficiency
- Project Management Support: Contribute to the development of project management capabilities through training support, certification programs, and performance evaluations
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with solution sales, supply chain, procurement, finance, and planning teams to facilitate seamless project execution
- Cost Efficiency Initiatives: Support delivery cost optimization by identifying inefficiencies and proposing cost-reduction strategies without compromising service quality
- Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain a delivery knowledge base to document best practices, lessons learned, and success stories for continuous organizational learning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project/Quality Management, or related fields.
- Fluency in Chinese, English, and Italian is mandatory.
- At least 1 year of experience in project delivery, operations, or quality/process improvement roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication across languages and cultures
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project tracking or quality tools is a plus
