Responsibilities Support smooth and efficient supply chain operations through hands‑on shipment management and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure reliable day‑to‑day operations while delivering a high level of customer service through proactive and responsive communication.

Manage and monitor shipments within the transport management system (TMS), ensuring all activities comply with established SOPs and QHSE standards.

Handle deviations, delays, and customer enquiries proactively, ensuring quick resolution and transparency throughout the process.

Manage complaints and support invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Contribute to continuous improvement of operations by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, optimise capacity, and improve cost efficiency.

Qualifications

At least two years of experience in road logistics or freight forwarding.

Strong operational mindset with a focus on execution and quality.

Customer‑oriented, solution‑driven, and able to perform well under pressure.

Team player with strong communication skills.

Very good command of English; knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage.

About the Role We are looking for a hands‑on and proactive team member to support our Road Logistics team in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, delivering excellent customer service, and continuously improving transport processes.
