Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Core HR, Talent & Performance)

Are you an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Core HR , Talent Management , and Performance modules? We’re hiring for a long-term transformation programme with a global organisation undergoing a multi-country Oracle HCM Cloud rollout.
You'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end functional design, leading workshops, driving configuration, supporting UAT, and enabling successful deployments across multiple geographies. This role is part of a high-performing team delivering enterprise-grade HCM capabilities in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
