Job Overview

As an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer , you will have the opportunity to work for some of our most prestigious clients, contributing to the development of innovative integration solutions within complex and challenging environments. You will be involved in the design, development and management of integrations between cloud applications and on‑premise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) . Your goal will be to ensure reliable, high‑performing integrations aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new integrations between applications and systems.
• Implement integration flows using Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Manage bug‑fixing and maintenance activities for existing integrations.
• Monitor performance and proactively improve efficiency and stability.

Working Model

The working model is hybrid, with possible meetings in Milan , focusing on the onboarding phase and key project milestones.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 3 years of project experience on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong hands‑on experience in creating connections (Adapters), integration configuration, data mapping, performance monitoring, scheduling and authentication configurations (OAuth, tokens).
• Excellent knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and use of Git for version control.
• Fluent in English.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong team‑working mindset and problem‑solving attitude.

Nice to Have

• Oracle OIC certifications.
• Experience in international projects.
• Experience in coordination/lead roles on specific project areas.
