About the Role

Astronergy is seeking a detail-oriented International Order Management Specialist to join our Overseas Sales Operations team in Türkiye. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order lifecycle for international customers, including order review, shipment coordination, receivables management, and cross-department communication. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing renewable energy company in a global and multicultural environment.


Key Responsibilities

Order Review & Confirmation

  • Review and confirm sales orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage order evaluations in CRM/SAP, including changes and cancellations.

Customer Communication & Coordination

  • Maintain timely communication with customers regarding order status, shipment schedules, and logistics.
  • Support sales teams with contracts and price confirmation documents.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance departments to resolve execution issues.

Delivery & Shipment Management

  • Place production requests through CRM and SAP systems.
  • Prepare export bookings and inform customers of vessel schedules.
  • Process shipment requests and overseas warehouse release instructions.

Receivables & Documentation

  • Manage accounts receivable via CRM/SAP platforms.
  • Prepare and issue invoices (commercial, pro forma) and settlement documents.
  • Handle LC documentation according to international trade terms.
  • Archive contracts, invoices, and related documentation.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain and generate regular reports on delivery schedules, order execution, fulfillment, and
