Overview

AC Milan is looking for a Retail-focused Digital Media Campaign Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns aimed at boosting e-commerce sales. The role is performance-driven, embedded within the digital marketing team but in close alignment with the Retail unit.

The candidate will be responsible for implementing day-to-day media activities across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display/Retargeting and Affiliation. Strong coordination, precision in execution and attention to performance are critical. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders (eCommerce, Product, CRM, Content, Tracking), and agency partners to ensure campaign effectiveness, proper tracking implementation, and data integrity.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the media agency to define and review bidding strategies and audience segmentation based on commercial priorities and campaign goals, ensuring they are implemented correctly.
  • Oversee and coordinate the implementation of campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display/Retargeting, Affiliation and Amazon Ads, ensuring consistency with retail objectives and platform-specific best practices.

Retail & Product Alignment:

  • Work with the eCommerce team to understand sales priorities and translate them into tactical digital advertising media plans.
  • Support product-specific activations with dedicated paid media strategies and help amplify seasonal pushes (e.g. kit launches, promotions, Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).
  • Proactively share ideas and feedback to improve commercial performance through digital levers.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign results and provide accurate, actionable performance reports.
  • Identify trends, issues and opportunities to improve ROAS and drive incremental revenue.
  • Assist in campaign QA, tracking tests and integrations.

Creative Coordination:

  • Work with design teams to brief and deliver formats needed for campaign deployment (e.g. product ads, carousels, story formats, banners).
  • Support the validation and delivery of final assets to media agency and platforms.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital media buying.
  • Demonstrable experience in paid search and paid social (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics and KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, ROAS).
  • Hands-on experience with campaign tracking and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel).
  • Good knowledge of product catalog feeds, shopping campaigns and remarketing flows.
  • Precision, proactivity, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, commercial environment.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with affiliate marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with fashion, sportswear or retail e-commerce.
  • Google Ads certification.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
