Location: Remote (Italy)

Compensation

  • Base Salary: €30,000 – €38,000
  • Bonus / Commissions: €7,500 – €9,500 (OTE 80/20)
  • Equity: Stock Options under Equity Incentive Plan
  • Welfare: €2,100 - €2,660
  • Buoni Pasto: 10€/day

Your Impact

You’ll manage a defined portfolio of existing Partners and own their full lifecycle with Coverflex: from onboarding to long‑term growth. Your focus is on maximizing the value of partners already in our portfolio, ensuring successful onboarding, autonomy, continued engagement, and consistent growth of their contribution.

Your mission is to shift from a reactive model to a proactive one, driving partner activation and expansion. Success is measured by more clients acquired through partners, higher managed volumes, and increased ARR generated from their book of business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run partner onboarding end-to-end
  • Keep partners engaged through our tools (Introw, phone, email)
  • Monitor partner status and activation progress
  • Provide first‑level support when partners need help
  • Build genuine, long‑term relationships with partners’ key stakeholders
  • Channel frontline feedback to Partnership, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Collaborate with manager to align portfolio growth with broader revenue goals

Success Metrics

  • Partner Activation Rate (PAR): % of partners moving from signed to active
  • Onboarding Time & Partner Satisfaction: Speed and smoothness of onboarding
  • ARR Growth through Partners: Revenue generated by partners’ clients

Qualifications

Must‑haves

  • Experience in a B2B client‑facing role
  • Ability to create strong relationships with stakeholders in a growth environment
  • Strong work method to organize and prioritise a full cycle of tasks
  • Comfortable managing high‑volume portfolios with clear prioritisation
  • Strong execution mindset: ship, follow up, and close loops
  • Comfortable working with data, processes, and metrics
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in Italian and comfortable working in English

Nice‑to‑have

  • Previous experience in Partnerships Team
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRMs
  • Experience selling HR, benefits/insurance or fintech solutions
