Acts as the primary coordinator, enabler, and champion of partner-led delivery success using Informatica technology. Cultivates key alliances and partnerships with a discrete list of delivery partners , supporting the positioning, planning, and execution of partner services. Defines and understands mutual goals and objectives, building awareness and support of the overall strategic benefits of the alliance. Collaborates cross-functionally with sales, partner sales, professional services, and customer success to ensure a harmonized customer experience. Oversees delivery on key accounts and collaborates with partners on near-term and long-term customer success.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Acts as the primary implementation contact for partners, providing support, guidance, and advice on customer positioning and delivery.
  • Participates actively during sales and presales cycles, working with the Alliances and Sales organization to select the right partners for customer needs.
  • Engages in customer discussions alongside partners pre- and post-sales to ensure robust and appropriate delivery plans.
  • Contributes to and implements the channel business strategy plan in alignment with the alliances organization, representing delivery partners.
  • Maintains high standards of data hygiene, ensuring all systems are up to date with progress on opportunities, projects, and customer development when working with partners.
  • Works closely with Professional Services, Partner Technical Sales, and Enablement to ensure partner enablement is effective and well executed.
  • Ensures regional alignment and oversight of delivery by regional partners to regional customers.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities reasonably attributable to the role.

  • Thought leader with expert-level industry knowledge, understanding customer decision-making processes, goals, strategies, and business objectives related to implementation.
  • Motivates others, leads by example, and sets a positive tone within their region for achieving objectives.
  • English mandatory; Spanish/French optional.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
