Partner Development Manager - Cortex & Cloud SEUR, Milan
This role focuses on partner relationship management to achieve increased revenue, market share, and deeper engagement within partner sales teams. You will work across all levels of key SOC and Cloud Security partners.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business plans to maximize growth opportunities with partners.
- Ensure partners are capable of delivering successful customer implementations across Cortex platform products (XDR, XSIAM, XSOAR, Cloud).
- Collaborate effectively to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
- Create compelling value propositions to motivate partners to promote our solutions.
- Support partners in developing Managed Services based on our technologies to increase revenue.
- Maintain clear communication with partners to build strong relationships.
- Lead regular performance and relationship reviews with stakeholders.
- Maintain activity reports and dashboards.
Your Qualifications
- Experience in Channel/GSI/MSSP Business Management, Channel Management, or Business Development within enterprise software or network security.
- Experience selling SIEM, EDR, and/or CNAPP solutions.
- Proven track record in complex sales negotiations and conflict resolution.
- Experience working with MSSPs, SI/GSI, or Service Providers and engaging with senior executives.
- Strong initiative, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to develop go-to-market strategies, marketing programs, and business cases for strategic partnerships.
- Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Team-oriented with leadership qualities and proactive approach to new opportunities.
- Knowledge of a broad range of software applications and infrastructure is desirable.
