In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening a global partner ecosystem by enabling external partners with the knowledge, tools, and training they need to succeed. You will design and deliver scalable enablement programs that support partner sales and customer engagement across EMEA and beyond, acting as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders. You will translate product and go‑to‑market strategies into impactful learning experiences, manage training content, certifications, and learning platforms, and ensure consistency and quality across all materials. This is a highly collaborative position where you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams. You will also measure enablement effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on data and feedback.

Accountabilities

Define and execute partner enablement strategies in collaboration with Channel Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams

Design, develop, and maintain scalable training programs and learning materials for partner audiences across EMEA

Manage partner training courses, certifications, and content within the Learning Management System (LMS)

Work with product, sales, and marketing experts to create and refine high‑quality enablement content

Build reporting frameworks to measure program effectiveness and support continuous improvement

Maintain structured documentation, training catalogs, and accessible partner resources

Deliver engaging training sessions both in‑person and virtually to professional audiences

Ensure timely execution of enablement projects and related administrative activities

Requirements

Proven experience in sales enablement, channel enablement, or partner training roles

Strong background in training design, curriculum development, or instructional delivery

Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to present confidently to both in‑person and virtual professional audiences

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams

Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve program effectiveness

Ability to travel up to 20%

Experience in the AEC industry or familiarity with tools such as CAD, Revit, or BIM is a plus

Additional language skills (German, French, Spanish) are an advantage
