Team members join a fast-evolving, technology-driven environment with strong potential for impact and growth. Role Description Move&Feel is looking for a Partnerships Development Manager. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with organizations across key sectors such as entertainment, industry, sports, and wellness. Day-to-day activities include mapping potential partners, conducting outreach, leading meetings, and building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. The Partnerships Development Manager will negotiate collaboration agreements, coordinate with internal product, marketing, and technical teams, and ensure partners are supported throughout the relationship lifecycle. The role also involves monitoring partnership performance, gathering market and competitive insights, preparing reports and presentations for leadership, and representing Move&Feel at events, trade shows, and demos when needed. Qualifications

Strong Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills to nurture, grow, and retain partner accounts. Proven experience in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships, ideally in technology, wearables, XR, or related innovative sectors. Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, negotiation, and contract discussions with external partners. Experience in market mapping, lead generation, and pipeline management using CRM or similar tools. Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making and the ability to translate partner needs into actionable plans with internal teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Interest in or familiarity with wearable technologies, haptics, gaming, XR, or sports/fitness ecosystems is highly preferred. Professional proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
