We are partnered with a boutique, independent Intellectual Property (IP) private practice based in Italy. They act as strategic partners to clients, ranging from innovative local startups to established international tech companies.
The Role
We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Junior Patent Attorney (part-qualified up to 5 years PQE) with a background in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or a related technical field.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory & Relationship Management: Serve as a direct point of contact for clients, providing clear, strategic advice on patentability and IP protection.
- Drafting & Prosecution: Draft high-quality patent applications and prosecute them through to grant before the UIBM, EPO, and WIPO.
- Prior Art Searching: Conduct freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses and patentability searches to guide clients' R&D directions.
