Position

YOOX is seeking a talented Payments Analyst to join the Payments and Treasury team within the Finance Department.

Responsibilities

  • Daily routine focused on the reconciliation process of the payment bills provided by the payment providers and related collections.
  • Management and control of online customer payments by recording the relevant transactions (automated flow) and potential manual adjustments, when needed (cash, credit card and other methods of payment).
  • Monthly closing activities under Payments team accountability (fiscal year ending on June 30th).
  • Analyze online customer open documents (matrix, aging) and follow up to clear outstanding balances.
  • Deal with payment providers regarding collections, refunds, set-up of new merchant accounts, and supporting documents for reconciliation.
  • Cooperate with Tech Department for the development of new payment processes and/or bug fixing.
  • Provide data and documents for reporting, internal and external audits purposes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • University degree (or High School Diploma) in Finance or related field
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel and Office applications
  • Knowledge of ERPs (MS Navision highly preferred)
  • At least B2 level of English (written and spoken)
  • Flexibility, dynamism, proactive approach
  • Interpersonal skills (enjoying teamwork)
  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
