Role

Payroll & HR Admin Specialist for the VES (Valeo Employees Service) department in Valeo VHG, based in Mondovì (CN). You will work with major carmaker companies in electronics development in an international environment.

Responsibilities

Payroll

Manage monthly time & payroll procedures within your perimeter, modify / manage master data, salary variations, Valeo controls procedures and reporting.

Support preparing all post‑payroll reporting and finalizing controls for monthly payments and annual declarations.

Support HRBPs in administrative tasks.

HR Administration

Prepare all requested documentation in time following procedures and standards (bonus, salary increase, hirings, terminations, no disclosure agreements).

Assist employees in all HR Admin / Payroll aspects with proper communication.

Assist HR BPs in all HR Admin / Payroll duties.

Workday

Manage requested processes in Workday to align Group KPIs, employees master data and prepare interface with payroll.

Check data consistency through monthly queries to ensure a reliable and updated database.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

Degree (Master or Bachelor), Economics or Engineering preferred

Experience: at least 2 years in a similar role in multinational organizations

MS Excel good knowledge

Appreciated experience with ADP system

Based in Mondovì site, part of a central team in Santena (required presence once a week)
