Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Specialist to join our team in Rome on a fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment, supporting key payroll and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry in SAP SuccessFactors (new hires, terminations, contract changes, etc.)
- Corporate reporting activities
- Administrative onboarding for new employees
- Management of employment contracts: hiring, extensions, terminations, and mandatory communications to authorities (Employment Center, INPS, INAIL)
- Handling of fixed-term contracts
- Management of absences: sickness, accidents, maternity, leaves, deductions, etc.
- Monthly payroll checks, with a focus on executive-level employees
- Support with internal mobility and impatriate tax regime
- Assistance with payroll-related activities (insurance policies, welfare programs, meal vouchers)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1/2 years of experience in HR payroll or personnel administration
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy
- Proactive, curious, flexible, and adaptable
- Experience with Zucchetti HR software is a plus
