What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end multi-country payroll (Italy, Switzerland, France, UK, USA, Netherlands), coordinating local providers and ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness
- Lead process transformation, reducing manual activities and introducing automation and digital solutions (including AI tools)
- Improve workflows, systems and data quality, working closely with People, Finance and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate the payroll team, supporting their growth, autonomy and ability to handle complex cases
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on payroll and administrative topics
- Strengthen controls, compliance and personnel cost analysis
Who we’re looking for
A professional with solid payroll expertise and a strong continuous improvement mindset, able to operate with autonomy in complex, international environments.
Specifically:
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy and big-picture thinking
- Innovative mindset with a focus on efficiency
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Italian native and good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Interest in digitalization and the use of AI in HR processes
- Experience with HR/Payroll systems
