People Business Partner

As a People Business Partner in Milan, you will advise senior leadership across Italy, Portugal and Spain on HR strategies that drive business objectives. You will guide employee relations, performance and talent development, and lead change programs that support smooth transitions. You’ll analyse HR data to uncover insights and design training to build leadership capability, while partnering with HR to improve policies and employee experience. This role offers meaningful impact through shaping people-centered initiatives within a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
