Experteer Overview

In this role, you will shape a high-performing culture by designing engagement and talent strategies. You’ll work within the People & Culture Team to align initiatives with business goals and drive change backed by HR analytics. You’ll lead leadership development, talent management, and learning programs to foster growth and well‑being. You’ll partner across leadership to deliver measurable people‑driven outcomes in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment. This is a chance to influence how the organization scales while keeping culture and people at the center.

Responsabilità

  • 7+ years of HR experience in scale‑up or large organisations (>600 employees) with proficiency in Cultural Design, Change Management, Learning & Development, and Internal Communications
  • Proven ability to create engaging employee experiences and foster a positive work environment
  • Workshop and training facilitation in Italian and English
  • Track record in defining and implementing effective L&D strategies
  • Business acumen with experience designing and scaling processes that deliver business value
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management, including capability to influence senior leaders
