The Performance and Reporting unit brings together all activities related to performance measurement, client reporting, and regulatory reporting, ensuring that the Company delivers accurate, timely, and compliant information to clients, internal stakeholders, and Authorities. It acts as the central reference point for any new requests involving data, analytics, or reporting functionalities, while also driving the evolution of internal platforms to anticipate future client and business needs. Its mandate includes producing mandatory reports for Italian clients and Regulators, coordinating statistical and financial submissions, and supporting the development of new IT solutions that enhance reporting capabilities across the organization.

Within the Performance and Reporting unit, the Performance team plays a specialized role focused on the measurement and analysis of ex-post portfolio results. It provides both high-level and detailed performance outputs, including contribution and attribution analyses, and delivers data‑elaboration services grounded in robust performance calculations. The team also reviews SRRI metrics, ensuring methodological accuracy and alignment with regulatory standards. Together, the unit and the Performance team form a comprehensive ecosystem that supports the Company’s reporting excellence, analytical depth, and continuous improvement of client‑focused solutions.

The ideal candidate will work on the following activities:

  • Calculate and validate periodical investment performance for funds, portfolios and benchmark
  • Maintain high‑quality standards for outputs from performance systems (Confluence) and address issues when necessary
  • Produce performance attribution reports (equity, fixed income, multi‑asset) to identify drivers of return and ex‑post risk
  • Manage and develop relationships with client services and key internal stakeholders, like Front Office and Risk Management, ensuring regular and direct communication
  • Support the creation of presentations for clients and internal committees

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in performance analysis
  • Knowledge of performance analytics, contribution, attribution and ex‑post risk analytics
  • Knowledge of Confluence Performance Tool or/and other Performance Tools
  • Understanding of and experience with broad range of financial instruments and asset classes
  • Proficient in BI tools and programming
