As a Team Manager, you are a key driver of performance, team engagement and operational excellence. Leading by example on the sales floor, you embody Jacquemus’ ADN, while ensuring an exceptional client experience, strong commercial results and optimal stock management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Coaching

- Coach anddevelopClientAdvisorsthroughregularfeedback, on-the-spot coaching androlemodeling.
- Ensureteamengagement,energyandalignmentwithJacquemus’ valuesthroughouttheseason.
- Supportonboardingand training of newteammembers,ensuringrapidintegrationandoperationalefficiency.
- Actas astrongrelaybetweentheteamand store management.
CustomerExperience&Clienteling
- Lead byexampleindeliveringwarm,personalizedandmemorableclientexperiences.
