Job Title: Permit to Work (PTW) Coordinator

Job Purpose
The Permit to Work (PTW) Coordinator is responsible for managing, implementing, and maintaining the Permit to Work system on-site to ensure all high-risk activities are properly planned, controlled, and executed safely. This role is critical in preventing incidents by ensuring compliance with project HSE standards, Italian regulations, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the Permit to Work (PTW) system, including review, approval, and issuance of permits for high-risk activities.
- Coordinate daily with contractors and supervisors to control simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) and avoid work conflicts.
- Ensure all work is supported by valid risk assessments (RAMS/JSA) and complies with project HSE standards and Italian regulations.
- Oversee and verify isolations (LOTO), maintaining accurate isolation registers and ensuring safe energy control.
- Maintain PTW records, support audits, and deliver training and guidance to personnel on PTW procedures and safe work practices.
