Overview
Adecco, in partnership with a major airport client, seeks personnel for land‑side roles at the MALPENSA airport (Ferno, Lombardy, Italy). The position is part‑time (≈30 h/week) and offers training for two roles: OUA (operator unico aeroportuale – baggage handling) and Check‑In staff. No previous experience is required as a comprehensive training course will be provided. Roles & Responsibilities
OUA – Operatore unico aeroportuale: handle baggage movement and related tasks. Check‑In: manage passenger check‑in operations. Eligibility & Conditions
Must be available to work 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, on three shifts (morning, afternoon, night). Part‑time schedule of approximately 30 h per week. Contract is initial fixed‑term in temporary workplacement, with possible renewal. Training will be mandatory; no prior experience required. Spanish/English language knowledge is preferred. Salary & Benefits
OUA: CCNL Trasporti Aereo, Sezione Handlers – 8ᵒ livello, retail annual gross (RAL) €17,000–19,000 (pro‑rated for part‑time). Benefit: €7 per meal voucher. Check‑In: CCNL Trasporti Aereo, Sezione Handlers – 6ᵒ livello, RAL €20,000–22,000 (pro‑rated for part‑time). Benefit: €7 per meal voucher. Key Dates & Location
