To support our Studio team in Milan, we are looking for a motivated Photo & Post‑Production Coordinator.

Location: Our Office in Milan

Department: Studio Production

Working Model: Hybrid

Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Follow up throughout all stages of the photo production cycle
• Provide support to the sets in terms of technical photography knowledge
• Oversee photography quality control to ensure all imagery meets our standards
• Ensure the timely delivery of all final assets
• Assist with the organization of the photo production schedule and its bookings
• Ensure all products are handled with care throughout the production process

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in photography and post‑production techniques
• Retouching knowledge
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Capture One
• Highly organized, reliable, and resilient
• Ability to work in a team
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) — mandatory
