Your responsibilities

• Preparation and baking of pizzas according to house standards
• Management of dough preparation, fermentation processes, and workstation organization
• Planning and organization of daily pizzeria operations
• Professional quality control of delivered raw materials and their efficient use
• Support with administrative tasks when required
• Strict compliance with HACCP regulations and hygiene standards

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience as a Pizza Chef
• Completed professional training in the hospitality sector is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
• Sense of responsibility, team spirit, and reliability
• Excellent knowledge of raw ingredients and a passion for quality

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
