Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Planner to join our team to ensure efficient, timely production flow that meets company quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and timely production planning aligned with customer demand, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.
  • Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain weekly/monthly production plans based on forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
  • Resource Optimization: Allocate machinery, labor, and time effectively to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators such as OEE, lead time, on-time delivery, and scrap rates.
  • Issue Management: Re-plan and adjust schedules in response to equipment failures, supplier delays, or urgent order changes.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality departments to ensure material availability and adherence to deadlines.
  • Optimize production processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Working in teams, with an analytical approach, problem‑solving skills, and qualitative work management.
  • Precision, data analysis skills, and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to estimate timelines, identify critical issues, understand, and apply priorities.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma (preferably in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar).
  • Previous experience in the role (at least 2 years).
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
