Planning and Scheduling Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Planning/Scheduling Engineer for a project taking place in Milano, Italy.

The position is office-based in Milan, and no business trips or site assignments are foreseen.

Duration: 18 Months

Requirements

• Must have full right to work in Italy.
• Must reside within Italy.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as Planner/Scheduler within Oil & Gas EPC projects (offshore O&G experience would be highly preferred)
• Advanced Primavera P6 user , capable of independently developing, updating, analysing, and managing project schedules. Please note that the interview process will specifically assess the candidate's autonomy and proficiency in P6.
• Strong understanding of EPC project execution, progress measurement, forecasting, critical path analysis, and reporting.
• Demonstrated capability to lead schedule management activities, coordinating planning interfaces and supporting project management decision‑making.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to assess quality of work performed.
