Planning & Fulfillment Specialist

Specialista Senior / Project Manager In this role you drive end-to-end supply chain performance for ABB’s Energy Distribution line, focusing on on-time delivery, lead times, and networking capital. You will lead Supply Planning within the IBP framework and support Anaplan deployment, collaborating with factories, distribution centers, and sales teams. You’ll push standardization, KPI governance, and continuous improvement to enable growth and operational excellence. This is a global, cross-functional role that combines planning, analytics, and capability development with a clear impact on service levels and cash flow. Improve end-to-end supply chain efficiency to boost on-time delivery and reduce inventory days on hand Lead the Supply Planning process and drive Anaplan and IBP deployment within Energy Distribution and Smart Buildings Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to optimize planning, fulfillment, and networking capital Standardize processes, share best practices, and establish KPI governance across units Apply KAIZEN/Lean Six Sigma methods to drive root-cause analyses and digital integration of ERP and IS tools Coach and train Planning & Fulfillment Managers, Material Planners, and Operations Planners to build capabilities 5+ years in SCM or Planning & Fulfillment Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent Strong knowledge of Inventory & Supply Management, Disposition, Planning & Scheduling Hands-on SAP (PP, MM, EWM/S4H) experience Experience with forecasting tools (e.g., Anaplan) and Power BI Familiarity with SAP/APICS CSCM/CSCP is a plus Fluency in English Proven ability to lead across teams and functions with strong communication In this role you drive end-to-end supply chain performance for ABB’s Energy Distribution line, focusing on on-time delivery, lead times, and… #J-18808-Ljbffr
