Plant HR Business Partner

For a leading company in the Supply Chain and Logistics sector , we are looking for an
Plant HR Business Partner to join its growing team.
In this role, reporting to Senior HR Business Partner, you will partner with business leaders and employees to drive people strategies that support organizational growth and transformation.
Key Responsibility:
- Manage daily HR operations and act as the main point of contact for the business
- Handle employee relations and industrial relations topics
- Partner with the L&D team to promote Leadership Empowerment initiatives
- Lead internal and external recruitment
- Deliver HR plans, policies, and procedures effectively
- Collaborate with senior leaders to solve HR issues and identify improvement opportunities
What we need from you:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Plant Partner in a multinational or complex manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Economics
- Strong background in Industrial Relations
- Leadership attitude with the ability to work independently and with full autonomy
- Excellent Knowledge of Excell
- Fluent in English
